Biography
I am a successful,self taught artist living in Ludlow ,Shropshire.
I have work in private collections in the USA, Switzerland,France,Germany, Holland, and Spain as well as here in the UK.
I take my inspriration from nature, anything can start me off creating a new painting--the light shining through a tree, or just a glimse of some water viewed when passing in the car!
Here on my website I hope to show you an assortment of my work, I hope there will be something to suit everyones taste!
My work starts at under £10 for small encaustic paintings so my art is affordable to every pocket
I work in various mediums, oil, acrylic and encaustic wax, and sometimes a mixture of all 3 mediums together!!!
All of my work is ready to hang on your wall. The paintings are all strung with top quality fixings and cord.
Where applicable the paintings have had 3 coats of artists quality varnish to protect them.
I produce many different styles of work, landscapes, seascapes through to florals and abstracts.
Each one has a little piece of me in them, I am at my happiest when creating paintings that will brighten someones life.
I never know what the day will bring and I have to keep painting once I start--I have so many ideas going on in my head,it can be quite unreal trying to get them all down in paint sometimes.
I can go to bed and dream about a painting and get up and paint it, sometimes working for days on some of the bigger canvas, but it has to be right and I know what I am trying to achieve so have to keep on until its finished!!!
